SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS matt 6:33

Kingdom Teachings

Did you know  the first message Jesus preached was in Matthew 4:17 where He said "Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is near." Throughout the entire four gospels, Jesus talked about the Kingdom.

In Matthew 6:33 Jesus said " But seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness , and all things will be added to you." Have you been seeking the Kingdom of Heaven? Do you know what it means?

Why have we not heard much of the Kingdom messsage discussed in our churches ? In Matthew 13: 11 Jesus said "Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but to them it has not been given." In verse 19 he said, " When anyone hears the word of the Kingdom and does not understand it, the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart." What is the Kingdom message Jesus was talking about? What are the mysteries and why does satan himself come to remove the message?

In Matthew 24:14 Jesus said," And this gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the  nations, and then the end will come." Many throughout the ages have been saying the end times are here, but as Jesus said, until the gospel of the Kingdom is preached to all nations, then the end will come. It is time for the gospel of the Kingdom to be preached.

In Matthew 25:34 Jesus tells us, " Then the King will say to those on His right hand,'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." Here is the promise to all who believe and overcome the world. If you do not know what your inheritance is, join us on this journey to seek the Kingdom of God and all it promises. I encourage you to read the four gospels and look at all the times Kingdom, Kingdom of Heaven and Kingdom of God are mentioned. Then ask yourself  "Do you understand what the Kingdom means and all it has to offer?"
